Joni Ade
Associate Director / Practice Manager
Joni has been practising the Solicitors Accounts Rules on the Island since 2004 and was invited onto the board of directors at Eldridges as an associate in 2022. Joni manages the day-to-day running of the firm including Accounts, HR, Risk and Compliance. Outside of work, Joni’s interests include travel, horse riding, dog walking and spending time with her family.
