Complaints Procedure

We want to give you the best possible service, but if at any point you become unhappy with the service our lawyer has provided to you, or have concerns about your bill, then you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem for you.

Conveyancing Costs

Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the sale or purchase of a property, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.

Debt Recovery Costs

These costs apply where your claim is in relation to an unpaid invoice which is not disputed and enforcement action is not needed.

It is always difficult to estimate at the beginning of a matter how much time will be required to wind up an estate as this depends on the complexity and range of assets, any debts and number and location of beneficiaries.
